My first game on Godot
Blue guy » Devlog

My first making game on godot.
I made my first game at 14 using the Godot engine. Before that, I had never worked with full-fledged engines—my only experience was writing pocket code on my phone (and it was a complete mess). After making a simple platformer in a week, I realized three things:
- Games aren’t as easy to make as I thought. I used to not understand why even a simple clicker game could take months or why low-poly 3D games could take years. But after developing a game entirely on my own, I finally got it.
- The most important thing in game dev is to never rush and never work on something you don’t enjoy. Why would you, if you're making a game purely for fun and self-expression?
- Uh… I just couldn’t think of anything to write here, lol.
